I fancy one of these Airgo pogo sticks, no not for the sodding kids, for me! they can supposedly launch you 5 feet in the air! I could become Captain Pogo, the pogo superhero of the north-east of scotland, if you have no idea what I am talking about, check out the really cool guy-stuff site, Firebox, and see the Airgo here, and I would love to hear from anyone that has already got one (any broken limbs stories would be greatly appreciated, to put me off actually spending money on this).

The latest one is an OpenGL sky renderer, okay sounds a little crap, but what is cool is that you can zoom into other galaxies from that view as if you were looking through a mega-telescope...see it here
