His Worship the monkey mayor from Yahoo news.
Campaigning under the name H'Angus the Monkey, and wearing a full-body monkey suit based on the local soccer club's mascot, independent Stuart Drummond beat the ruling Labour Party candidate into second place to become the town's first elected mayor.

Drummond said he would be hanging up his monkey suit after two years as the mascot and taking his new 53,000 pound a year job seriously. He also said his pledge of free bananas for schoolchildren would not be a priority.
Just like any other politician, no sooner than the votes are cast and already he's looking to break his election promises.
Typical.......

[via email]
There is a company in Sweden called Locum AB, which owns and manages nursing homes and other medical buildings.

Locum decided to place an ad to celebrate Christmas and the New Year.

The copywriter at the ad agency suggested, "Why not replace the "o" in Locum with a heart. You know, all sort of cuddly and all ?" (Media luvvy garbage - Ed)

The coolest thing was the comment from locum's boss when the papers interviewed him about the mistake. "Ah, well. These things happen. And if it helps to fill our maternity wards we don't mind."

Moral of the story - Never trust those Media people.
