And to answer my prayers...
...
ZXBoy is a Spectrum emulator for the Nokia 7650/3650 and N-Gage...so cool that I may hang on to my current phone after all! The amazing thing is, that I could play
Tony Hawks or
Tomb Raider, but still I hear the calling of the the ancient ones!

The wisdom of IRC.
bash.org is a an extensive collection of IRC quotes. Some of them are pretty funny. Some, I'm not sure why they're there, but maybe I just don't get the joke, after all it must be about 5 years since I kicked the IRC habit.

Your Spectrum
There's also a pretty comprehensive
"Your Spectrum" Archive. Some of the more "techie" articles are pretty funny viewed from this far.

Crash Online
Whilst investigating the Sinclair Phone story, I was searching for info on old Spectrum games. Although
World of Spectrum is probably the most comprehensive archive of games and information, I was delighted to see the old Speccy mag
Crash has an online version, with a comprehensive list of what looks like every one that ever existed.

Quite possibly the greatest phone in the world...
...I was just looking at some of the messages posted on
b3ta this morning, when I came across the
Sinclair Mobile Phone! Although it is obviously a joke, if it was manufactured, I'd be first in line for one. My
N-Gage would most definitely be going back... The best comment I read so far was
'Bet the hands free kit needs a Kempston interface'. I need to play
Tir Na Nog,
Valhalla or
Lords of Midnight and of course
The Hobbit on my phone right now! Awesome...

The Karate Kid meets Flash
The Karate Kid meets Flash, in the
most infuriating Flash game ever. Go on grasshopper, catch those flies in your chopsticks... if you can.

Kids of today, eh?
Someone on the ggdev mailing list posted this brilliant link to an article on
kids of the playstation generation responding to the games of yesteryear.
Niko: Hey—Pong. My parents played this game.
Brian: It takes this whole console just to do Pong?
Kirk: What is this? [Picks up and twists the paddle controller] Am I controlling the volume?
